Your Costs
The services listed will generally be provided free of charge for a period of five years, regardless of mileage. However, any expenses related to non-warrantable parts, lost-key replacement, or non-warrantable tire repair will be the responsibility of the owner. Additionally, if personal services are arranged, such as an airline ticket, the owner will be responsible for the associated costs. However, for the first owner, even after the five-year period and throughout the duration of the 10-year/100,000 mile Powertrain Limited Warranty, we will still arrange for a warrantable tow at no cost.
Effective with 2005 models, timed from the date first sold or put into use, whichever is earlier. It is important to note that coverage does not include winching off-road vehicles, vehicles disabled in rally racing or other competitive events, and vehicles used for commercial purposes such as police, taxi, route delivery, livery, or daily rental services. This exclusion does not apply to the i-MiEV model. For more details, please refer to your warranty manual. MMNA reserves the right to limit and/or modify available services.
